Ok lets do this right this time.

Code:
kd> lmvm nvlddmkm
start end module name
fffff880`06031000 fffff880`06acf000 nvlddmkm T (no symbols)
    Loaded symbol image file: nvlddmkm.sys
    Image path: \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\nvlddmkm.sys
    Image name: nvlddmkm.sys
    Timestamp: [COLOR=Red]Sat Dec 29 01:47:52 2012[/COLOR] (50DE9218)
    CheckSum: 00A7F96C
    ImageSize: 00A9E000
    Translations: 0000.04b0 0000.04e4 0409.04b0 0409.04e4
The video card driver you are using is one that happens to be problematic, my best advicewould be to uninstall the driver and install an older version of it, preferably something that came out before November 2012

to ensure that the drivers are completely gone after uninstall please see this tutorial:

Drivers - Clean Left over Files after Uninstalling

Ok it looks like you are now getting a stop 116 pleas run Furmark and let us know how hot your graphics card got and if it prduced any errors:

FurMark: Graphics Card Stability and Stress Test, OpenGL Benchmark and GPU Temperature | oZone3D.Net

FurMark Setup:
- If you have more than one GPU, select Multi-GPU during setup
- In the Run mode box, select "Stability Test" and "Log GPU Temperature" (BurnIn test in newer versions).
Click "Go" to start the test
- Run the test until the GPU temperature maxes out - or until you start having problems (whichever comes first).
- Click "Quit" to exit

Ok a question followed by to suggestions:

Are you overclocking your GPUs?

please reset your page file by dooing the following:

a ) Go to Start...Run...and type in "sysdm.cpl" (without the quotes) and press Enter.
-Then click on the Advanced tab,
-then on the Performance Settings Button,
-then on the next Advanced tab,
-then on the Virtual Memory Change button.
b ) In this window, note down the current settings for your pagefile (so you can restore them later on).
-Then click on the "No paging file" radio button, and
- then on the "Set" button. Be sure, if you have multiple hard drives, that you ensure that the paging file is set to 0 on all of them.
-Click OK to exit the dialogs.
c ) Reboot (this will remove the pagefile from your system)
d ) Then go back in following the directions in step a ) and re-enter the settings that you wrote down in step b ). Follow the steps all the way through (and including) the reboot.
e ) Once you've rebooted this second time, go back in and check to make sure that the settings are as they're supposed to be.

also please run a system file check from an elevated command prompt:

Go to Start and type in "cmd.exe" (without the quotes)
At the top of the search box, right click on the cmd.exe and select "Run as adminstrator"
In the black window that opens, type "SFC.EXE /SCANNOW" (without the quotes) and press Enter.
Let the program run and post back what it says when it's done.

Let that program run it said windows found no errors.

Yes my gpu's are over clocked, I use msi afterburner but even if i turn it off it still crashes.

I also forgot to mention when the computer reboots in the bios at start up it says your computer has failed due to over clocking and knocks my memory speed back to 1066mhz instead of 1600mhz.

That is indicative of your over clocking causing the system to become unstable, so for the time being stop any over clocking your doing and let the computer run, see if this solves things.

turned everything off back to defaults, still same issue its happening more often now, its really frustrating.

Do you think there could be a problem with the motherboard?

Did you reset your page file as instructed and did your run the system file checker? Also I noticed your BIOS is very old please update it often times the BIOS can add to this particular type of problem
