BSoD involving NVIDIA graphics card?

Hi, I have an IBuyPower laptop known as the CZ-17. Recently I've been getting BSoD's when using my NVIDIA graphics card, I'm not 100% sure if it is the cause or not, seeing how the card works and will play games, but only for a select time. This time has been anywhere from 20 seconds to half an hour.

I've recently re-formatted and re-installed Windows 7 Home Premium x64. All drivers are up to date etc. There is however something odd that I've noticed. It may or may not be related to the Blue Screens. My system has the ability to run in 5.1 surround sound as it has all the speakers needed to do so, but lately it hasn't been able to use any of the speakers except the front two. Just thought I'd toss that tid bit in here.

I have collected a few attachments (two from the rules of posting) and a minidump. I use BlueScreenView (Blue screen of death (STOP error) information in dump files.) just in case anyone could use that to help me out.

As we can see your Graphics driver is up to date. However if we look at the Red error code: WIN32 0n2

This error means the file was not found.

Please uninstall all your Nvidia Drivers and reinstall them.
