I started having problems with my Logitech G400 while playing video games, it was randomly disconnecting and reconnecting and having tons of input lag problems among other headaches. These problems eventually lead to the BSODs I've been receiving BUGCODE_USB_DRIVER.

Your solution fixed it temporally, while my mouse continued to randomly lose connection i was not getting any BSODs, now the problem is back with a vengeance as i am only going two to three hours without a BSOD compared to before when it was around six plus hours. Attached some more crash logs.

Still getting errors on the dump.

Anyway,
Do what the quote below asks you to.

Possible fix| Go to Device Manager > Expand the USB list > Uninstall every driver (not device) and Reboot Windows.
Let Windows detect them and reinstall them.
  • What kind of USB Devices to you have attached to your hub?

See if this link is of any help Tips for solving problems with USB devices

And you need to see if there's a update on your BIOS version. Flashing it to the latest might help.
