Bsod irql_less_than_equal & memory_management & system_exception

So, I'll start off with how often this happens, it happens about 5 - 10 times a day, the most common error that I have seen it say in the top left of the blue screen is IRQL_LESS_THAN_EQUAL, but i have also seen MEMORY_MANAGEMENT, and my java is constantly crashing when compiling java code, or trying to play a java game, with a EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION withe the problematic frame being V(jvm.dll) as far as i know (Probably useless but just wanted to throw that out there), I have ran sfc /scannow with no output or results, I have ran verifier /standard /all with the result of fltmgr.dll and it said that it was marking it self(or it said it was trying to) as paged when it should be unpaged, I have also ran memtest81+ 5.01 with no erros
I am on windows 7 64 bit

Hi M1kep.

Every single crash dump is of different nature, and there is one driver verifier enabled crash dump too, which did not catch anything. So apparently we can place the falling device drivers and driver verifier at a lower order of priority. But we may need to do a lot of jobs to identify the issue.

Have you recently installed any fonts or any programs containing fonts? Can you access to the fonts folder in C:\Windows\Fonts without any hassles?

Upload the list of all the third party drivers Using NirSoft DriverView : I want to see if any font driver is present there.

  • Download and execute Driverview
  • View > Hide Microsoft Drivers
  • Edit > Select all
  • File > Save Selected Items
  • In the Save dialog, Set the path to desktop, Put "Driverview" in the name field, and save.
  • Zip the .txt file and upload it.
You said you ran Memtest86+. For how many passes?
Test your RAM modules for possible errors.
How to Test and Diagnose RAM Issues with Memtest86+
Run memtest for at least 8 passes, preferably overnight.
If it start showing errors/red lines, stop testing. A single error is enough to determine that something is going bad there.

Stress test the Graphics Card using Furmark.

Uninstall Virtual Clone Drive.

Is the computer hot? Report us the heat of the computer after a couple of hours of your normal usage. Upload a screenshot of the summery tab of Speccy. Alternatively, you can publish a Speccy snapshot too: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/311593-speccy-publish-snapshot-your-system-specs.html .

It seems to be an old branded computer. Check if the Power Supply Unit (PSU) supplying adequate power to the computer or not.
http://www.extreme.outervision.com/psucalculatorlite.jsp
Also let us know the wattage of the PSU.

Scan the system for possible virus infection with the following programs.

Also, if possible, search for any possible BIOS update in HP.
Code:
BiosMajorRelease = 5
BiosMinorRelease = 7
BiosVendor = Phoenix Technologies, LTD
[COLOR=Red]BiosVersion = 5.07
BiosReleaseDate = 11/27/2008[/COLOR]
SystemManufacturer = HP-Pavilion
SystemProductName = FQ562AA-ABA m9500f
SystemFamily = 103C_53316J
SystemVersion =
SystemSKU = FQ562AA#ABA
BaseBoardManufacturer = MSI
BaseBoardProduct = Aspen
BaseBoardVersion = 1.0

Let us know the results. If all fails, we have to look at the storage controllers.

Ok, so I have now begin to crash multiple time's from SYSTEM_EXCEPTION I have attached another zip with the files from the SF program thing that collects everything, and uploaded the Driver finder thing, I've scanned with NOD 32, and Kasperkey anti root kit, I also ran the graphics card stress test, and it ran slowly but I expected that cause my graphics card is crappy, and the temp never went overr 100 or 90 i think, I also uninstalled Virtual Clone drive and observed no changes, here is my snapshot, last time i ran memtest i ran it overnight for 8 hours and it only completed two passes in those 8 hours, and I dont know all of the information for the power calculator thign

The CPU temps less than 30 degrees but the motherboard is 100 degrees :shock:
Dismantle the computer. Clean the inside carefully. Try to afford some cooler.

Also if you find any abnormality during Furmark test, better you replace the GPU on a test basis. Either use the onboard graphics or use any other GPU (this is a worthy test).

And what about the fonts? It will be an important information.

Will check your later logs after getting home back. You perform the tests in between if possible.

Well, asking this question, as some font related issues are there, as I told in my earlier post. I see Adobe Type manager there.
Code:
Driver Name       : ATMFD.DLL
File Type         : Driver
[COLOR=Red]Description       : Windows NT OpenType/Type 1 Font Driver[/COLOR]
Version           : 5.1.2.238
Company           : Adobe Systems Incorporated
Product Name : Adobe Type Manager
Modified Date     : 6/5/2013 7:30:53 PM
Created Date      : 10/9/2013 12:19:29 AM
Filename          : C:\Windows\System32\ATMFD.DLL
And this particular item causes issues.
You have lots of Adobe probrams installed, and flash player cannot cause it. What adobe stuff/update you got around 10/9/2013? Try to remember and delete/uninstall it; at least as a test.

Virtual Clone Drive is still there.
Code:
Driver Name       : VClone.sys
File Type         : System Driver
[COLOR=Red]Description       : Virtual CloneDrive storage miniport[/COLOR]
Version           : 5.4.7.0
Company           : Elaborate Bytes AG
Product Name      : Virtual CloneDrive
Modified Date     : 7/24/2013 7:02:55 AM
Created Date      : 7/24/2013 7:02:55 AM
Filename          : C:\Windows\system32\DRIVERS\VClone.sys
If you are sure that you have uninstalled it, delete C:\Windows\system32\DRIVERS\VClone.sys.

I would suggest you to get rid of Avnex Ltd. Virtual Audio Device.

Finally, either you need to update AMD AHCI Compatible RAID Controller, or not use it. In the latest crash dump, we are seeing lots of storport issues. And the driver is too old.
Code:
Driver Name       : ahcix64s.sys
Description : AMD AHCI Compatible Controller Driver for Windows - AMD64 platform
Version           : 3.1.1540.127
Company : Advanced Micro Devices, Inc
Product Name : AMD AHCI Compatible Controller
[COLOR=Red]Modified Date     : 5/18/2009 8:32:26 PM
Created Date      : 5/18/2009 8:32:26 PM[/COLOR]
Filename          : C:\Windows\system32\DRIVERS\ahcix64s.sys
Storage controllers are the elements behind storport issue. Theoretically you need to update it from HP's site. But you may have a look at AMD Chipset Drivers. I am not very sure which one you need; but I can say that RAID is problematic; and RAID is not needed for a single HDD only system (like yours).

If you want to disable RAID, let us know, we will suggest you the required steps.

Ok so the adobe I don't know for sure what it was, but I'll just uninstall all of them, the font driver I have no idea, and after running memtest for 20 hours(that's how long it took for 7 passes) my computer won't start up any more. I'm getting SYSTEM_EXCEPTION, MEMORY_MANAGEMENT, 0x00000124, 0x0000003B, 0x0000007E, 0x0000000A. I have attempted it without one ram stick all ram sticks, two ram sticks, I've tried safe mode with networking, without networking, system repair without windows disk, system repair booting up with the windows install disk, all of them either a: blue screen or b: go back to bios boot up. So I'm willing to do whatever it takes, preferably not buying new parts for the time being, low on money, but I'd prefer to not have to wipe the hard drive. Oh and the mem test passed

When there are so many different bugchecks within such a small time interval, I would think of a hardware issue. If memtest is essentially passed, my next attempt would be to RMA the motherboard.

So what's rma'ing the motherboard? Is there any way to figure out hat piece of hardware is causing it? I have an old motherboard that I could see if it's compatable. So do you think it has been the motherboard causing everything?

You are having lots of different bugchecks within a small time. That can be caused either for a bad RAM or for a corrupt motherboard. For other hardware errors, the symptoms are different.

I suggested for memtest earlier. Hope you tested it.

Also, the motherboard is extraordinarily hot.

View attachment 297028

So you can understand the situation I hope. And I have nothing more to suggest.
