BSOD "IRQL_NOT_EQUAL" & "Memory_Management" errors

It's nearly a mouth I have a brand new PC, I've reinstalled windows many times but I still have both errors.

Win 7 Ultimate 64-bit
CPU : i3 2120
Board: P8Z68-V PRO
Ram: 2GB Kingston x 4 (KVR1333D3N9/2G)
Graphic: OnBoard (1637MB)
HDD: Maxtor 300GB (Windows Driver)/ WD Khaviar green 1TB

During playing high quality games, BSOD errors become more frequent.

Hi looking through your 17 minidumps you have a variety of errors 1a , c2 , 3b etc and they all blame the windows kernel and a couple of other windows drivers so my initial thoughts are you have a memory issue or possibly a PSU problem ?

To debug this please post exact make and model of your Power Supply and also burn to CD (using an ISO burner) & run from boot memtest86+ for at least 5 passes, please move the sticks singly and together between slots to verify motherboard ram slots work as well as the ram sticks.

you must run a lengthy test on your ram to eliminate or identify any ram problems and if in doubt remove all but one stick of ram and see if you get problems or anymore bluescreen crashes ?

something else significant I notice you are running BIOS version 0401 so I suggest you update your BIOS to the latest version shown for your motherboard which is version 0606 ?

Asus advise > 2. Improve DRAM compatibility and > 3. Improve System stability

Also please can you tell us what Antivirus and firewalls your using ?
