Hello, I am having an issue with BSOD, which mostly happens while I am playing a game. This has happened while playing Archeage and Farcry 3 & 4. This seems to happen mostly after my pc has been on for more than a few hours and I have a video running on the 2nd screen. I recently added an Asus Strix R9 390 8GB "gaming" video card, however, this happened with my R9 270x OC card as well.
My PC Specs :
MSI 970A-G46 Mobo with latest Bios.
Amd FX 6300 OC to 4.2 GHZ (I have since moved down to 3.9 GHZ to attempt to fix error)
Asus Strix R9 390 8GB GPU
12 GB DDR3 Gskills rip raw PC 1066 ram
Apevia 680 dual rail
WDC Blue 1TB HDD
Corsair force 64 GB SSD
Corsair H110i GT water cooler
Win 7 Home Premium x64 With most windows updates
Most hardware drivers are to up date via MSI Live Update 6

Things that I have done already :
I have swapped ram to 1, 2, & 3 sticks. All sticks are the same mfg Gskill and 4 GB each. (I know, running 3 sticks is odd) I have had this error with all sticks of ram. I have also tried other sticks of ram, which are also 4 gig sticks but I only have 2 of them. The BSOD occurred with them as well.

Reinstalled windows 7 and only have basic programs on my computer. After installing windows and checking stability (running prime 95 for 8 hours) I messed with OC settings. Took the PC up to 4.5 GHZ via AMD over drive, which gave the same BSOD. Removing the OC back down to 4.2 GHZ I have revived the message much less often. (Once ever 3 or 4 days)

The dump file has been included :)

If I have missed any thing my apologies, first post here and I have been pulling my hair out for a few weeks trying to figure this out.

Thanks in advance for the help

Not really sure what your asking me to do here. Is there an issue with noted info above?

I don't know about you axe0 but that W7 PID belongs to HP not MSI.

Boris, as I said I thought there was something more going on. I simply wanted to check it, is that so bad or something?

Gotchaz, your installation is counterfeit.
Troubleshooting a counterfeit installation is useless as it is not known what has been modified to your system.
A counterfeit installation contains heavily modified code which causes the system to behave in unexpected ways.
For this reason, analyzing counterfeit systems is unreliable and most analysts won't try it.

I recommend to install a genuine copy of Windows.
If, after you have installed a genuine copy of Windows, you still get BSOD's we'll be happy to assist you.

No I just don't understand why you wanna go and poke the bear if we already know it's counterfeit, that's all.

That was the general question. I am not a new user by any means and understood what was being pointed out at first. This copy is simply a toss on copy as my legit copies (yes, multi copies) will not reinstall. It seems ive installed Windows too many times or something. As far as I know I need to contact Windows to get a re-release of a Win7 copy that I own, this was just a temp thing to see if I could figure out what was going on. Had the same issue on the legit copy as well.

As a side note, I think I may have figured out the problem with it, and it almost seems to be a conflict between the Mobo and Core temp. Driver verifier crashed w/ said item, and the error code was showing the call was asking for almost 4 TB of space. If you can think of any thing else it may be that would be great. In the mean time I am going to work on getting one of my legit copies of windows to work
