No specific hardware component can be blamed.

Stop overclocking.
Code:
CPUID: "Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3550 CPU @ 3.30GHz"
MaxSpeed: 3300

As you are getting BSODs, you should stop overclocking and run all the hardware components like CPU, GPU and RAM to their default settings.

Is the computer hot? Report us the heat of the computer after a couple of hours of your normal usage. Upload a screenshot of the summery tab of Speccy. Alternatively, you can publish a Speccy snapshot too: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/311593-speccy-publish-snapshot-your-system-specs.html .

Check if the Power Supply Unit (PSU) supplying adequate power to the computer or not.

Also let us know the wattage of the PSU.

Stress test the Graphics Card using Furmark.

Test your RAM modules for possible errors.
How to Test and Diagnose RAM Issues with Memtest86+
Run memtest for at least 8 passes, preferably overnight.
If it start showing errors/red lines, stop testing. A single error is enough to determine that something is going bad there.

Stress test the CPU.

Also plan to update the BIOS to Version 2303: https://www.asus.com/Motherboards/P8Z77V_LX/HelpDesk_Download/

The best way is to clear coms.
How To Clear CMOS (Reset BIOS)

But on some ASUS boards, it gives adverse results. Better you enter the BIOS and set the hardware (GPU, CPU and RAM) to its defaults.

Glad that you replied here ;)

After re-applying thermal paste, CPU temp 50-60c.
Unfortunately, it will auto restart while playing DoTa 2 or watching Youtube seldom and it takes a few time for me to power on it after it restarts.

Next time, when the auto restart will take place, upload the data as per BSOD posting instructions? May be we can get something from the logs.

There are three .dmp files which is the same that I had uploaded earlier.

P/S: There is no Bluescreen error when it auto restart. I had disable ASUS Anti-Surge, is this the reason that why bluescreen error are not shown?

So it appears that the 360 antivirus is incompatible.

Uninstall it. Apply any other good antivirus. I recommend Microsoft Security Essentials as your antivirus with windows inbuilt firewall, and free MBAM as the on demand scanner.

Download, install and update those, and then run full system scans with both of them, one by one; as the installed antivirus failed.

Check if the Power Supply Unit (PSU) supplying adequate power to the computer or not.
