BSOD Issue - Random Crashes

Hello eveyone,

I have Windows 7 Ultimate x64 installed on my Gateway GT5678 and i'm getting random BSODs. The logs and perfmon are in the attachment.

System Specs:

Gateway GT5678
Windows 7 Ultimate x64
Intel Core 2 Quad CPU Q6600 @ 2.4GHzi7-2670QM CPU 2.20 GHz
4 GB RAM

I started getting the BSOD on a old installation of Window 7 Ultimate x64 so I figured I would re-install. Since I do a clean re-install anyway, about every 6 months, I figured this would fix my problem. With this new clean install the BSOD did not problem did not go away. The BSOD seems to appear randomly and I cannot figure it out at all.

Does anyone have any expertise in this area that can help me out?

Crashes are related to your Cmedia audio driver. I would re-install the newest driver available.
