I istalled/updated my desktop (CPU, MB & RAM) about 6 weeks ago and ever since been getting BSOD. This seems to be randoem i.e. happens sometimes every 2 - 3 day or multiple times a day.
Here is more info regarding my system:

- Win 7 64 bit
- Original installed Win 7
- Full retail

- CPU, MB & RAM about 6 weeks old. HD's (three) form 2 months to 2 years. GPU 12 months
- Age of installation about 6 weeks.

Thank you very much for your time and help in advance!

Hi -

The lone dump bugcheck = 0x50 = invalid memory referenced

Run memtest86+ one stick at a time; alternate slots - Memtest86+ - Advanced Memory Diagnostic Tool

Run the Driver Verifier -- Driver Verifier - jcgriff2.com

Hi jcgriff2,

I ran memtest and no issues detected.

I also did toolefd around with Driver Verifier and as far as I understood no issues there either. Could be that I didn't quite understand how to use tool though.

When you enable Driver Verifier, use your system normally while Driver Verifier is running. If Driver Verifier encounters a faulty driver, it will trigger a BSOD and, hopefully, the mini dump will point to the offending driver. Read the tutorial below:

Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable

What firewall are you running? If you are running Zone Alarm, please uninstall it using this tool:

http://download.zonealarm.com/bin/free/support/cpes_clean.exe

Zone Alarm is an almost guaranteed cause of BSOD's on Win 7 systems. I also suggest that your download and install Microsoft Security Essentials rather than run Windows Defender. MSE will disable Windows Defender.
