Been having some issues with BSOD uploading minidump file

My Computer

OS
windows 7 64 bit
It's difficult to draw conclusions from just one memory dump file. Please provide the information detailed here: http://www.sevenforums.com/crashes-debugging/96879-blue-screen-death-bsod-posting-instructions.html

A couple of your drivers are outdated. Please visit Windows Update to update the AMD storage driver (amdxata.sys which dates from 2009)
And visit the Asus website to update the PCProbe utility (ASIO.sys which dates from 2007)

Also, since the memory dump blames a video component, I'd suggest checking your video card for sufficient power, lack of dust bunnies, and fan function to ensure that the card isn't underpowered/overheated.
