I guessing that Asus Utility stuff caused that BSOD, (AsUpIO.sys). I guess it was activated to work when window start up and caused BSODs. Instead of turning it off, Do you mind to un-install that Asus Utility stuff to test?
The other minidump pointed to intelppm.sys, but I think it is just the consequence of the above

yea, i found a bios update that just came out recently for my board and I tried to use the windows utility first before I booted into bios to do it and I got that BSOD.

I uninstalled it already so thats out of the equation.

The stress tests didn't really turn up anything.

i've tried repairing world of warcraft and still got a bsod, I went through all of my drivers and confirmed they were up to date, just to run the gambit.

So i'm not sure where this leaves us then, reinstall wow maybe?

I guess you can try that because I remember after I patched wow sometime before, I got BSODs:sarc:
Good to hear that you found bios update that just released and uninstall the Asus Utility stuff.

Have you try to run other games as well?

Just a drive by but one thing to consider that has not been addressed is heat. You should download cpu-z and gpu-z to keep an eye on the temps.

If that doesnt help there is also the issue of the directx component of the video driver. At times the driver is correct and working but the hardware cant support the version of directx bundled with it

I'm in a raid right now, my temps seem to be fine in the 50s in the game, about the same on the gpu, my room is a tad hot right now so they seem kinda elevated.

What kind of RAID controller? what is the date of the driver? RAIDS are notoriously bad for BSOD's

you know actually I updated my marvell raid controller during the checking of my driver dates and I haven't BSODed in this raid yet.

I have a p6x58d premium mobo, and right after post it has 88se91xx something to the effect of checking...

no hard disks found!

every time I start. So i upgraded those, maybe that was it...

yep, played a 4 hour raid and no BSODs, looks like it was the raid drivers, an oversight on my part.

Thanks again, would still be BSODing without everyones' help!

ok had another BSOD, this time I was just about to download something and I was playing Magic the gathering online. here is the dump, its attempted execute of nonexecute memory.

I looked up the file that the debugger gave me and its connected to magicdisc, so I'm uninstalling that and seeing if it happens again.

If anyone sees something that jumps right out at them, any advice would be appreciated :D

Thank You!
