BSOD just after exiting Counter Strike Global Offensive

► You are using Kaspersky that is dated April 2011. You should update it.

But, my suggestion would be to uninstall it, and use Microsoft Security Essentials - Free Antivirus for Windows.

So, it is very old.
First, download the network card driver from manufactuer's website. ATHEROS drivers for Microsoft Windows (Atheros?????)
Then reinstall the driver:

1. Click the Start Button, type "devmgmt.msc" (without quotation marks) in the Start Menu Search box and press Enter.
2. Double click to expand "Network adaptors".
3. Right click your network card and click Uninstall.
4. Check "Delete driver software for this device" check box, click OK.
5. Restart the computer
6. If windows does not auto configure the appropriate drivers at startup, install the downloaded one manually.

► nVidia is also causing some problems.

• Download and install |MG| Driver Fusion (Driver Sweeper) 1.1.1 Download.
• Reboot the computer in Advanced Boot Options, safe mode. Search Driver Fusion in your start menu, and remove all components of your nVidia display driver.
• Boot normally now. Go to Drivers - Download NVIDIA Drivers, follow option two to search for the appropriate driver for your system automatically, and install it.

Let us know the situation after applying the changes. If it crashes again, post the subsequent crash dumps following the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions .

Just did everything you asked of, but I'll have to wait to see if there's any effect. these BSODs are quite a rare occurrence
