This crash usually means USB devices or Bluetooth devices are not functioning properly. Do you remember what you were doing at the time of the crash?

Check your device manager under Human Interface Devices for Bluetooth devices. See if you can find an update for the device. If you do not use Bluetooth, you can also disable the device by right clicking it and clicking disable.

To get to Device Manager: Start Menu -> Right click Computer -> Manage -> Device Manager from the list on the left.

Alternatively: Start Menu -> Control Panel -> Hardware and Sound -> Device Manager

I went through my whole device manager and clicked "check online for update" and it turns out three of my devices were not updated. Hopefully updating them solved the problem! :D Thanks for the help.

Well, I dunno if this is because of some update I did or something, but since I updated my drivers I have been experiencing some wireless problems. My internet still works, but it doesn't connect until I diagnose problems. Again, I'm not sure if it's related, but you asked me to post anything... So yeah.

Are you able to uninstall the Wireless driver through Device Manager? First download the most up to date driver for the device. The best place to find the driver is through the manufacturer support site (either of the computer, or the wireless device itself). If you need help, please fill in your system specs in your profile. You may use http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/180324-system-info-see-your-system-specs.html as a guide to do so.

Alright, that does answer some questions. I now know you have a Dell. You should be able to find wireless driver updates through Drivers and Downloads | Dell [United States]

Re-install or install the latest wireless adapter driver by following these instructions:
    1. First, download the latest driver. Then do the next steps.
    2. Click Start Menu
    3. Right Click My Computer/Computer
    4. Click Manage
    5. Click Device Manager from the list on the left
    6. Find the wireless adapter by expanding network adapters
    7. Right click the wireless device
    8. Click Uninstall (do not click OK in the dialog box that pops up after hitting Uninstall)
    9. Put a tick in Delete driver software for this device (if this option is available, otherwise just hit OK) and hit OK
    10. Restart your computer only if Windows asks you to.
    11. Install the latest driver for the wireless device.

    Alternatively:
    1. Login as an adminstrative user.
    2. First, download the latest driver. Then do the next steps.
    3. Click Start Menu
    4. Click Control Panel
    5. Click Hardware and Sound
    6. Click Device Manager (the last link under Devices and Printers)
    7. Find the wireless adapter by expanding network adapters
    8. Right click the wireless device
    9. Click Uninstall (do not click OK in the dialog box that pops up after hitting Uninstall)
    10. Put a tick in Delete driver software for this device (if this option is available, otherwise just hit OK) and hit OK
    11. Restart your computer only if Windows asks you to.
    12. Install the latest driver for the wireless device.

How do I find the latest driver for my wireless device, and how do I know which of my three devices is my wireless device? Whenever I update my drivers I just search online using windows default searchy thingy, and that doesn't tell me where it finds it. I want to make sure I'm doing the right thing before I delete my internet...

*EDIT*

I looked at the link you gave me, but there are two broadcam devices for my computer, and I don't know which one to download. Broadcam is my internet thingy, but I have three different drivers in my device driver section, and I have no idea which ones I need to uninstall and then which drivers I need to reinstall them.

Here are the downloads:
"BROADCOM CORPORATION;FOXCONN;-Application
R228532.exe (73MB)
Recommended 12/1/2009 5.30.21.0 (Driver); 5.30.19.0 (Application), A01
Applies to:
Wireless WLAN 1397 Half MiniCard (4312bg)
CDSK,DRVR,NTWK,WRLES,WW,M09

Download File
Broadcom-Driver
R227595.exe (27MB)
Recommended 12/1/2009 12.2.1.0, A02
Applies to:
BCM5784M LAN "

And here are my drivers:
"Broadcom 802.11n Network Adapter,
Broadcom Netlink (TM) Gigabit Ethernet,
Microsoft Virtual Wifi Miniport Adapter"

I hope this helps!

This is what it says my computer is on the dell website. I'm not sure which model my dell is exactly, and I checked through the system info program you gave me. If this isn't right I can try to find something else. I apologize for the inconvenience, and am not exactly computer savvy.

It does not appear the instructions were followed as closely as they could have been. We need you to run the jcgriff executable given in those instructions I linked to in my last post.

I downloaded it and installed it, because apparently it wasn't installed. I'll see if just downloading it fixed my problem. If not, I'll figure out what else I need to fix. Thanks for the help :D

I will, but I just restarted it after installing the driver and stuff, and my internet connected right off the bat. Usually I have to wait 20 seconds or so and diagnose connectivity problems. Hopefully this means it's fixed :D
Thanks again, and sorry for all the trouble!
