Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 CPU 860 @ 2.80GHz (8 CPUs), ~2.8GHz
Memory: 4096MB RAM

Hi and welcome

these were caused by memory corruption. To test the memory I would download memtestx86 and burn it to cd, then run it for at least 5 passes.

Let us know if you need help with that

Ken

In addition to Ken's advice, remove any CD virtualization programs such as Daemon Tools and Alcohol 120%. They use a driver, found in your dmp, sptd.sys, that is notorious for causing BSODs.

Thanks for the advice.

I'd already ran a memtest before I posted after searching google and it passed over 5 times with no problems.

And i'll remove daemon tools and see if that helps.

Java was running at the time of the crash in both dmps. I suggest updating it, or uninstalling and installing a fresh copy.

Another two since last post

these were caused by your video driver and your Kaspersky

You need to
1-remove all traces of your current video driver, then download and install a fresh copy

2-remove Kaspersky and replace it with microsoft security essentials

Let us know if you need help

I find that you have some older drivers. These could be causing you some problems; there is a potential for older drivers to have compatibility issues.

Code:
seehcri.sys 2008 - Sony Ericsson Mobile Communications
rimmptsk.sys 2005 - RICOH MMC Driver or RICOH SD Driver
rimsptsk.sys 2005 - Ricoh Memorystick Controller by REDC.
rixdptsk.sys 2006 - Ricoh xD-Picture Card Driver
ATKACPI.sys 2006 - Asus utility

Particularly, those dated 2005 and 2006 are very old. See if there are newer drivers available for these.

Uninstalled those for now to see how it goes.

Can't find the other two though? :\
