BSOD Kernel-Power Event 41 (63)

I have been having random BSOD's for two months now. Attached is the SF file.

I triple boot Windows 7, Linux Mint & Arch. Mint & Arch are fine, Windows 7 is crashing. i would appreciate any help or advice.

SFC/Scannow was run

Check Disk run

One virus scan run and only one virus program installed

Malwarebytes Pro run with no issues found.

I do have a ATI 5870 which I have read is problematic.
