Better you uninstall the driver, and all Gigabyte bloatware you have installed.

But if it is any emergency to use, first you may try to update it and see the situation. GIGABYTE - Support & Downloads

Also, the NEC USB 3 drivers are too old.

Symantec Heuristics Driver is also contributing to your BSODs.

Uninstall Norton and all Symentec products using Norton Removal tool. Use Microsoft Security Essentials as your antivirus with windows inbuilt firewall, and free MBAM as the on demand scanner.
Download, install and update those, and then run full system scans with both of them, one by one.

Let us know the results.

Wow! thanks a lot Arc. I'm currently uninstalling the on/off charger program, and im going to reinstall it under the 2011 version.

Im also updating the NEC USB 3.0 driver as we speak so i will definitely let you know how it turns out. As far as the Symantec driver is concerned, since it is not my computer, i will ask if they want me to remove it. If its contributing to the bsod, i dont see why they wont want me to. But some people really wanna let their subscriptions run up before they get rid of it ya know?

If you dont mind my asking, what program did you use to determine all this information? I would like to know how you were able to know that these drivers were out of date and causing the bsod. Maybe this way i wont need to bother anyone here as much :D

I will post about what happens after ive done all you have suggested. Once again, thank you very much for the quick response.
