BSOD ks.sys after computer boots

My wife's computer just started doing BSOD this morning after she rebooted it. Now it does it every time she boots up the computer. But not as part of the reboot itself, it happens 3-5 minutes after she's logged into the desktop, without fail. I've tried checking system and application logs to figure out what is having trouble, but can't anything that seems to be working. From the threads that I could find on this forum, it's usually some kind of hardware driver conflict, but neither of us was able to think of any new hardware or driver updates that've gone into the computer in the last week.

Any help would be extremely appreciated!

Disabling Skype's "load when Windows starts" seems to have fixed the problem. And sure enough, now as soon as I load Skype (after waiting 10-15 minutes from the startup) causes an immediate crash. So that was indeed the source of the issue. I assume that Skype is colliding with something else, now I have to work my way through all of the other recommended driver updates and stuff and figure out how to get them all updated so I can run Skype again.

So for now at least we've narrowed down the cause of the problem, I'll post another update when I've solved it entirely. Thanks for the help so far!
