try bluesrceenview this will show all blue screen crashes.

Hi and welcome

Bluscreenview is a decent alternative but it can give false information. I dabble with BSOD's and often will compare BSV and the debugger. I find that BSV will give an answer a file name but why (memory, or hardware) is left out. For that reason I encourage its use but also think the dmp file should be uploaded so one of our wizards (and they know who they are) can munge the data.
