BSOD loading Windows7 x64, instructions here didnt help.

hey, i followed the same issues and solution shown here:

but the problem is, when i go to that folder using command prompt, i dont see any cachecat.cache file, only driver.rtl in codeintegrity.

Any idea how i can fix this issue?

If the file is not there, it is probably not causing the issue. Have you tried system restore?

• Boot the computer and use the http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/666-advanced-boot-options.html to choose Repair Your Computer
  
  
• then use the http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/668-system-recovery-options.html to choose System Restore,
  
  
• and then follow OPTION TWO of http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/700-system-restore.html

If that is not feasible or does not work, you can try in Advanced Boot Options to choose Last Known Good Configuration (advanced)
