Have tried near to everything to find the issue of this BSOD from Memtest, Stress test, memeory diagnostics, speedfan checks, chkdsks, etc.

Still do not know what the issue is and with my computer still crashing after a clean install, figure it will be easier to find out the issue now.

Latest BSODs are attached.

Thank you very much in advance.

More than half of these were caused by your video driver. It is a year and a half old. The rest may also have been. The rest were probably caused by memory management.

I would
1-run memtest on yours

Download a copy of Memtest86 and burn the ISO to a CD using Iso Recorder or another ISO burning program. Boot from the CD, and leave it running for at least 5 or 6 passes.

Just remember, any time Memtest reports errors, it can be either bad RAM or a bad motherboard slot. Test the sticks individually, and if you find a good one, test it in all slots.

2-remove and re-install your video driver.

When upgrading your graphic driver you MUST remove all traces of the current driver. In order to do that we recommend using Guru3D - Driver Sweeper

When it is removed then download and install the fresh copy.

Seems I spoke too early. Got around 4 hours of good time from the PC after this, but then another flurry of BSODs. I've uploaded the latest BSODs for you to look at, thanks.

Edit: Also, if it is my video driver that is the issue will just wiping all the nvidea options using that cleaner and then re-installing fix it completly? Or is there a chance there could be something else wrong with it? Thanks

I suggest to update this driver, netr28u.sys
http://www.ralinktech.com/support.php?s=1

This was likely caused by the following module: netr28u.sys

I've been told to update this driver before and it seems to have been of no use doing so, but I will try anyway. I'm also not sure what type my adaptor is, as in, what model. Is there a way to find out? Thanks.

edit: updated and installed this driver i believe.

Getting plenty more BSODs other than that of just the network adaptor though there are lots of BSODs associated to USBPORT.sys and Ntfs.sys. Recent BSODs attached.

Jordyi, did you run Memtest? If not, please do so. I also suggest you test your hard drive with Check Disk. Some of the dumps indicate a possible file problem.
Run CHKDSK /R /F from an elevated (Run as adminstrator) Command Prompt. Please do this for each hard drive on your system.
When it tells you it can't do it right now - and asks you if you'd like to do it at the next reboot - answer Y (for Yes) and press Enter. Then reboot and let the test run. It may take a while for it to run, but keep an occasional eye on it to see if it generates any errors. See "CHKDSK LogFile" below in order to check the results of the test.

Elevated Command Prompt:
Go to Start and type in "cmd.exe" (without the quotes)
At the top of the Search Box, right click on Cmd.exe and select "Run as administrator"

CHKDSK LogFile:
Go to Start and type in "eventvwr.msc" (without the quotes) and press Enter
Expand the Windows logs heading, then select the Application log file entry.
Double click on the Source column header.
Scroll down the list until you find the Chkdsk entry (wininit for Windows 7) (winlogon for XP).

Hi there Carl, nice to see you again :) I've already run both a memtest and windows memory diagnostic with you before and both showed no errors with the RAM after around 8 passes on memtest.

This was the only Wininit related information file in the event viewer after the CHKDSK. Also, the CHKDSK seemed to skip and say the drive was clear? I forget what termonology it used exactly but it was something of that sort.

Here is the event viewer log I have:

OK, very good. I was just going by things I saw in the dumps. I looked at five of them.
Error code 1, APC_INDEX_MISMATCH. This is a kernel internal error. The most common reason to see this
bugcheck is when a filesystem or a driver has a mismatched number of
calls to disable and re-enable APCs.

Error code D1, DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. Caused by a device driver.

Error code 24, NTFS_FILE_SYSTEM. Usual causes: Disk corruption, insufficient physical memory, Device driver, Indexing, Resident antivirus, backup, defrag programs, Disk/Drive failing/failure.

Error code FC, ATTEMPTED_EXECUTE_OF_NOEXECUTE_MEMORY. Caused by a device driver.

APC_INDEX_MISMATCH (1)
This is a kernel internal error. The most common reason to see this
bugcheck is when a filesystem or a driver has a mismatched number of
calls to disable and re-enable APCs. The key data item is the
Thread->KernelApcDisable field. A negative value indicates that a driver
has disabled APC calls without re-enabling them. A positive value indicates
that the reverse is true. This check is made on exit from a system call.
Arguments:
Arg1: 82a89654, address of system function (system call)
Arg2: 00000000, Thread->ApcStateIndex << 8 | Previous ApcStateIndex
Arg3: 00000001, Thread->KernelApcDisable
Arg4: 00000000, Previous KernelApcDisable

DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (d1)
An attempt was made to access a pageable (or completely invalid) address at an
interrupt request level (IRQL) that is too high. This is usually
caused by drivers using improper addresses.
If kernel debugger is available get stack backtrace.

That is good news; your hard drive seems to be fine. Now just uninstall Acronis and update those other tow drivers and we will see if your systems is more stable.

I'm not entirely sure what acronis is. I've not installed it myself so it must be something that's come with my computer? Will that mean that the program will be located under windows installations?

Also, how should I try and use Macrium Reflect to resolve this? Thanks.

Edit: Figured out what program was using these files. Maxtor Maxblast seemed to be the program I had which was made by Acronis. Though, I've only installed this program as of starting this thread after being told to I believe, so I don't think this is the issue but I have uninstalled it anyway and now updated the other two drivers. I'll see how it goes from here, thanks. :)

Very; nice work. Let's see if that helps.

Acronis itself is an imaging program. It enables you to make an image of your hard drive and store it on another drive. In the event you have to do a reinstall, get a virus, etc. you can simply reimage your your system back to the original hard drive. This saves having to reinstall software, redo your mods, and it preserves all of your data. Macrium Reflect and other imaging programs do the same thing. It is a great backup tool and I recommend it. Here is an excellent tutorial on the subject: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/73828-imaging-free-macrium.html

Still getting more BSODs unfortuantly, that of which i've included. Thanks

I've noticed a lot of USBPORT.sys BSODs coming up as of late as well as NTFS.sys. In device manager, I have a USB mass storage device labelled as being plugged in and working even when I have no USB devices in. When I disable this USB device, my system BSODs and shuts down. Don't know if this is just coincidental or has nothing to do with the issue, but thought it was worth a mention. Thanks again.
