BSOD memory management 0x1A

Hello, i'm new to the forums! Anyways, I had this BSOD just recently. The blue screen usually occurs randomly after a cold boot. It sometimes BSOD on the first restart boot. On the second restart boot, the computer runs fine with no BSOD.
(Here are my computer specs)

Intel i7 950 3.06 (OC to 4.2)
Radeon 6870 Crossfire (XFX + Sapphire)
G Skill Sniper Series 1600 8GB
1TB + 500GB
Rosewill 1000W PSU

As for the overclocking, the over is stable and ran prime 95 with no issues and temperatures below 75C. I've been running my overclock for more than 2 months with no problems what-so-ever. The very first type of BSOD that happened was a video driver issue (ATIKMPAG.SYS) which I believe I managed to fix. Then after that, the memory management BSOD occurred. I re-installed my memory cards into the socket with no luck.

Also, another problem arose, all my dump files are not being recorded like they should. I have been getting BSOD around the 20ish area of December 2011 but the dump files latest record was on December 8th. Any chance for help? I'll post my dump files into here and a look at my overclock BIOS setting which may have something to do with it. Thank you so much for your help!

Correct me if I'm wrong but 1600mhz ram is already OC, and if you OC it more its higher right? Its also possible your ram is dying. It happens. Test with memtest86+ for 5 tests or more. Thats how I rooted out my ram being an issue. It went about 6 hours without 1 error of constant test.

I'll give it a try again. Oh and a new problem arose, I got this BSOD error called irql_not_less_or_equal 0x00000000A just now.

Okay, I ran memtest86 and got a alot of errors, (Not even pass 0 and I already got 61184 errors) What should I do? I just had this memory stick around thanksgiving.

Try it at stock. If it goes without error at stock then you know your OC is unstable. My cpu is a Phenom II x4 and the old i7s alike only run at 1333mhz max without OC, even if the rams stock is higher. So if the ram passes on stock, try to set a lower ratio. if its below 1333mhz you probably wont need increased voltage. And anything besides sandy bridge/ FX series cores, its silly to have faster than 1333mhz ram. FX amd and sandy support up to 1866mhz as far as I know.
