BSOD - Memory Management

For the last few days, I've had BSOD every 4-5 hours of my computer on. Since it was set to automatic restart, I've only managed to see one of the BSOD reports which said 'Memory Management'.

After doing some research into the matter, I used MemTest86+ and got errors for my ram, which makes me think that this is a ram problem (and will need new ram). But I want to make sure that there isn't anything else wrong that I need to fix.

I'm attaching the diagnostic files. Thank you if you could help out and diagnose my problem.

If MemTest is reporting any errors, then it is time to replace the ram ... On the up side, ram is dirt cheap, so it won't hurt too bad... ;)

Remember, when testing with memtest86 you have to test the ram and the dimm slots. Find 1 good stick that passes 6 tests and test that stick in all dimm slots.

Have tested the main slot with both sticks of Ram. One is error free and the other has errors, so now I'm fairly confident that it is just a ram problem. Was just wondering if anyone could check the dmp files to see if there may be any other issue.

This old (16-Apr-07) regi.sys software\driver is mostly for XP windows.

Belongs to InterVideo, please remove it from your system.

Corel Software Support.

For testing purposes remove Asus PC Probe or any other Asus monitoring utilities.
