BSOD Memory_Management

Hi
Over a period of a few months I have had this BSOD about 5-6 times, cant think of anything that links them.
Also, the computer can be a bit 'laggy', regularly 'freezing' for 10-15 seconds at a time, particularly when surfing the internet.
I thought this may be a browser issue (Firefox), the Flash player regularly crashes, but think it may be something else?

First, if you want help on a BSOD error, you need to follow the posting instructions for BSOD errors found at http://www.sevenforums.com/crashes-debugging/96879-blue-screen-death-bsod-posting-instructions.html. The memory dump would have the information we need to help you. Without it, there's not much we can do.

Secondly, on every BSOD, there is an error number. It's usually found on the left side of the BSOD, towards the bottom, and it's usually written like "Error number = 0x0000096". That error number is important, because it's the thing that tells you why the BSOD appeared. It tells you what's wrong.

For your other problem of sluggishness, try deleting the Temporary Internet files and delete the files from your temporary folders. Then restart Windows and see if it works better.

Sorry, I thought I had done everything correctly, I have attached another log with hopefully the full memory dump included.
I dont have the error number, not had chance to write it down as it only stays up for a few seconds, will remember to write it down next time.

p.s. just realised I wont get a new memory dump until I get another BSOD, so will wait for that then report back

I decided to run Memtest and after the first pass it came up with 153 errors, no idea how to post up the results though, if it is indeed possible. Does this mean the memory is definitely screwed?
If so, is there a way to tell which of my 2 sticks are faulty, or will I have to test each one individually?
