Hi
I have built a new pc with windows 7 64 bit and the following specs:

Intel CORE I7 920 @ 2.67 GHZ
ASUS MOTHER BOARD P6TD DELUX
ATI RODEON HD 5850 GRAPICHS CARD
700W PSU
12GB DDR3 RAM
1 X 1TB HD
1 X 2 TB HD

I am getting the BSOD randomly at times with either Memory Management or pfn list corrupt. This isnt happening doing a certain thing it can happen at any time. Some days its fine some days it happends every few minuets.

Things I have done

Replaced hard drive
Upgraded case to support more fans
memory check using memtest 86 all came back fine with 10 passes
Flashed Bios all fine

What els can I do to try resolbve this. I am no expert so If i have missed anything please forgive me.

Uninstall McAfee Using McAfee Removal Tool. Use Microsoft Security Essentials as your antivirus with windows inbuilt firewall, and free MBAM as the on demand scanner.
Download, install and update those, and then run full system scans with both of them, one by one.

You have a beta version of display driver installed. Betas are to be tested for possible bugs to help the developers, not for daily use usually. Uninstall All the elements of ATM/AMD and Catalyst from Control Panel > Programs and features. Then follow Drivers - Clean Left over Files after Uninstalling to clean up everything related to ATI display driver.

Go to http://www.sevenforums.com/graphic-cards/1810-latest-amd-catalyst-video-driver-windows-7-a.html, download and install the latest WHQL display driver.

Let us know the results.

I have just ran minecraft, im not sure if this will be the same problem but it has just crashed with the following error message attached.

I have tried both versions of jave 32 and 64 bit. Not sure if this does much.

Any ideas? Im not sure if this is linked with memory issues etc. Some times it runs for over 3 hours other less than 3 minuets

Make sure your JAva is updated, however I would recommend removing it. Also run a memtest, the full test, it will take a few hours.
RAM (memory):
This will require memtest on a bootable CD or USB stick.
RAM - Test with Memtest86+

Hiram just my two cents worth have you tried cleaning out the slots??

When I reseat RAM or anything in a slot I always clean the slot as the crud over time will settle and "film" the contacts over.
If yo want to know how to do that I just cut a piece / strip of old credit card about 20 mm wide - round off the corners a little and then place some lint free cloth a bit of that microweave window cleaning cloth is good over the end - moisten it (very little) with some alcohol - depending on where you live it is called denatured spirit or methylated spirit and GENTLY swipe along the slots for a few "swipes" - don't use grog / booze it will gum the slot up.LOL!!
