BSOD mentions 'Netio', have seen mention of this on the net but do not know what to do. Tried Dell Community but they were appallingly unhelpful.

Will post the required file (but two files generated - which one please?) plus BSOD screen.

First the screen message

Please advise.

Thank you.

There have been quite a few people having bugchecks recently who were running the Malwarebytes Anti-Malware real-time functionality alongside other real-time security products like Avast! This is the latest page of a long thread about it in the MBAM forums if you're interested. The most recent post suggests they've released an update to fix the issue so you might want to manually check for a MBAM update and apply it. If that doesn't fix it the workaround seems to be to turn off the Web Protection feature of MBAM. The fix up to now has been to run the latest beta if you're able.

Please try the above and let us know whether or not the bugchecks continue.

I had these issues with MWB and after updating and applying the patch the problem has ceased, it was quite a drawn out process on the MWB forum, but they eventually found the problem and fixed it.
