No blue screens in your report, but I did notice something right away.

Code:
Event[0]:
  Log Name: System
  Source: Ntfs
  Date: 2011-06-02T18:51:32.223
  Event ID: 55
  Task: N/A
  Level: Error
  Opcode: N/A
  Keyword: Classic
  User: N/A
  User Name: N/A
  Computer: Lerp
  Description:
The file system structure on the disk is corrupt and unusable. Please run the chkdsk utility on the volume \Device\HarddiskVolume1.
This error happens over and over in your event logs. I would run the disk check like it suggests.
