Hi, you very smart people.

I hope you can help me since i have no idea what to do about this recurring problem. This is what happens:

Quite often i get BSOD at startup. It happens in 1 out of 15 startups, so 5-10% roughly.. Often i se that windows gets loaded, and just when i am about to start jusing the computer, it freezes or BSOD appears (sometimes BSOD appears even before i get to the windows desktop)

The other 14 out of 15 times windows starts as it should and works perfectly afterwords.

It is a brand new pc that i put together myself. It is running Windows 7 x64 ultimate. I have tried to reinstall 2 times to see if that would make the problem disappear. It hasn’t..

My system:

I7 950 (stock speed)
Gigabyte ga-x58a-ud3r
6gb ram (3 x Kingston HyperX 1600 CL9)
Asus 5850 DirectCU (also tried a X1950XTX – but no difference)
CoolerMaster Silent Pro Gold 800W

Memtest 86+ 4.1 has been run twice. No fails found.

Real temp 3.46: Max 64°C on CPU with prime 95 for 15 min.

From reading the report, can you tell me what is going on here?

that's weird.. i thought i had done extactly what the "Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions" said i should to..

I downloaded the Windows_NT6_BSOD_v3.03_jcgriff2 thing and ran the program as administrator. Then i made the “start / perfmon /report” and saved that as a .HTML file too..

It is true that i have ccleaner on my computer, but it does not run automatically. I may have deleted some things myself without realising it, though

Does that mean that i should make another file dump with Windows_NT6_BSOD_v3.03_jcgriff2 and start / perfmon /report right after the next BSOD then?

I am pretty new at this but you properbly guessed that already :)

I think you did everything correctly. Make sure you do not a cleaning program such as Ccleaner automatically deleting dump files. I apologize; I gave your the wrong link. This is the one I meant to give you: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/83172-dump-files-upload-seven-forums.html. The last part of the first post will show you how to setup your system for mini dumps. If you find the dumps files you can follow those instructions and upload only the dumps. If the dumps have been deleted, we will have to wait for the next crash.
