I have been experiencing a BSOD issue for a while and would like help figuring out what is going on. It mostly happens when playing games but sometimes happens even when watching a movie. Sometime It will restart every 30 minutes or less but sometimes I can play for hours on end with no issues.

The following is what comes up on the error screen.

Hello and welcome Bruce and sorry it has taken this long to answer you.

Now looking at the dumps mate there is a graphical issue and I would suggest you update the NVidia driver - Drivers | GeForce now this is the one fro the 650 and is as close as I can find to the 675 you have in that machine. If it does not install and fix the issue then it might be that it means accessing the Dell site which I have to say I find very convoluted.

Having said that there is some suspicion regarding the memory too but let's get the graphic driver sorted first.

Just as by the by I see you are using AVG for your AV now I am not a great fan of this software and while you are installing the NVidia stuff then it maybe a good idea to disable it and if it were my machine I would uninstall it but that is your choic

Update: before I read your repy I had updated the wifi drivers and it had been working a lot better but not perfect. It use to restart anywhere between 10 minutes to a couple hours of playing Minecraft. After updating the wifi driver it would work for several hours before restarting if it restarted at all.

Also before getting your reply I tried playing a game called Scrap Mechanics, with that game it only last a few seconds to a few minutes before restarting. After that is when I saw your reply and updated the video drivers like you suggested. Same issue except now besides restarting it sometimes just loses video. I get a black screen but I still have audio. Any other suggestions? I appreciate your help.
