BSOD mouse quits sometimes usb wifi quits

My Zelotes T-60 mouse will quit randomly, so I have to keep replugging it. It only works a few seconds each time. Sometimes my Netgear WNA1100 wifi adapter stops working. Sometimes when the mouse quits it blue screens. If the adapter is unplugged without using safely remove hardware it blue screens. If it quits I can replug it then it works.

The first problem than need fixed is a legal copy of Windows 7 installed.

The Product ID is for a HP from the factory.
You are using it on a aftermarket retail motherboard by MSI.
The Product ID can only be used on the computer is was first installed and activated on.

You also don't have KB971033 installed and it's a must.
