This software is a known cause of BSOD's. The windows 7 operating system does not require these registry cleaning software. They often tune-down rather than tune-up and can wreck the OS beyond repair. Microsoft have improved Windows 7 significantly and it is much better at organising and optimising itself than its predecessors. Check this, this and this thread for evidence.

If you feel the need to use a registry cleaning or optimisation software, most of us recommend the use of CCleaner - PC Optimization and Cleaning - Free Download but make sure you back up the registry before making letting ccleaner delete anything.

Take memtest. Run for 8 passes and test each stick in a know good slot for an additional 6 passes.

The goal is to test all the RAM sticks and all the motherboard slots.

Check your motherboard manual to ensure the RAM sticks are in the recommended motherboard slots. Some motherboards have very specific slots required for the number of RAM sticks installed.

If you get errors, stop the test and continue with the next step.

1. Remove all but one stick of RAM from your computer (this will be RAM stick #1), and run Memtest86 again, for 7 passes.

*Be sure to note the RAM stick, use a piece of tape with a number, and note the motherboard slot.

If this stick passes the test then go to step #3.

2. If RAM stick #1 has errors, repeat the test with RAM stick #2 in the same motherboard slot.

its crashed twice once as a x024 and once as a 03b but not major crash dump like b4 have found a couple of trojans also, runnin malware now

After almost finishrunning ms sec ess. this morning bsod showed up again,
when i ran malwware bytes, ms sec ess. found some trojans and they were quarrantined. So i did another SF diag and attaching here.

i ran the mem test and i dont know what consitutes a pass but at topline above test number it said 26 when i stopped with no errors found

Bug Check 0x3B: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION
The SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION bug check indicates that an exception happened while executing a routine that transitions from non-privileged code to privileged code. This could be caused by malware or ill-functioning Anti-virus software. Since you have removed AVG, a prime candidate for problems, there may still be malware installed.

This error has also been linked to excessive paged pool usage and may occur due to user-mode graphics drivers crossing over and passing bad data to the kernel code. Try increasing your pagefile size to 1024MB and check to see if there is any updates to your graphics drivers.

That should certainly be large enough. What have you run in regards to malware cleaning? Any updates to your graphics drivers?

Also, keep your scheduled appointment with memtest.
