BSOD multiple error messages / random

Good to see Im not the only one struggling with this. Have attached report files. Any help would be much appreciated.
Operating system Windows 7 home premium 64 bit OEM (says 64bit in control panel/computer/properties although i have a programfiles (x86) file.. Thinking thats for 32bit programs not sure)
Intel i7 Q720
Geforce gt 320m

Just saw advice in report about disabled hardware but thats my wireless printer and its offline atm.

Can't locate any DMP files...


We do need the DMP file as it contains the only record of the sequence of events leading up to the crash, what drivers were loaded, and what was responsible.

If you are overclocking STOP.

You may be able to get the DMP files without crashing by booting into safe mode (F8) with networking.

To enable us to assist you with your computer's BSOD symptoms, upload the contents of your "\Windows\Minidump" folder.

The procedure:

* Copy the contents of \Windows\Minidump to another (temporary) location somewhere on your machine.
* Zip up the copy.
* Attach the ZIP archive to your post using the "paperclip" (file attachments) button.
*If the files are too large please upload them to a file sharing service like "Rapidshare" and put a link to them in your reply.

To ensure minidumps are enabled:

* Go to Start, in the Search Box type: sysdm.cpl, press Enter.
* Under the Advanced tab, click on the Startup and Recovery Settings... button.
* Ensure that Automatically restart is unchecked.
* Under the Write Debugging Information header select Small memory dump (256 kB) in the dropdown box (the 256kb varies).
* Ensure that the Small Dump Directory is listed as %systemroot%\Minidump.
* OK your way out.
* Reboot if changes have been made.

DMP files arent in minidump folder

HI,
I followed instruction and set windows to dump files in minidumb and turned off auto restart. The computer crashed again (BSOD) and I noted down the errors. When I checked minidump folder it was empty. The last line of the error messages says physical memory dump FAILED with status 0xc0000010
Maybe this is why my minidump folder is empty.
Below is the error lines from the blue screen

These usually involve some sort of disk problem. Please run chkdsk.

It wouldn't hurt to run SFC {Option 2, first link} as well.
Note you may need to run it 3 times to fix any problems.
Reboot at the end please.

Hi,
chkdsk ran, no errors/warnings or anything. The last few lines of text came through really quick before it closed (hard to read) but nothing stood out.
scannow ran 5 times no errors.
On the plus side it ran them all without bsod

btw, what do you think about the softwares advertised in this forum ie. regcure or pc unleashed. Ive always thought that sort of software was a con Do they work? Van they help in this circumstance?
