BSOD - Multiple processes fail, then system stops BSODs.

Please help! My computer is quite new, and I need to find out if I have faulty hardware (and what it is) so I can get a replacement under warranty.

64bit Windows Home Premium OEM
3 month old install.
3 month old hardware.
No overclocking.
Home built.

i7 2600
850w corsair power supply.
G-Skill 10666 dual channel 8gb (1333)
120gb OCZ Vertex 3 ssd
2tb Samsung something something
2 x Gainward GTX570 GLH in SLI
Z68X-UD3R-B3 motherboard
Onboard sound (optical out and stereo out)

I'm not sure what's causing the crash. It happens randomly. Generally after a few hours of use. Many things can trigger it - watching a movie, playing games, and the last one - trying to shut down.

I have attached the logs.

Well, the first 2 days were great. Last night I had this crash twice. No blue screen, but just everything shutting down in exactly the same fashion.

Should I remove all the Gigabyte software that pertains to the motherboard??

Attached is the new results from the reports.

PS, how did you check to see if the software was the problem/had known issues? (because I can hopefully do this myself in the future)

Run Prime 95 to test your CPU. Carefully the instructions in this tutorial: CPU - Stress Test with Prime95. Run 3 separate tests, one on each of the settings (Blend, Small FFTs, Large FFTs). Post back with your results.
Note that this test may overheat the CPU, ensure proper cooling

@yowanvista: Thanks, I'll run them this evening. My system is liquid cooled - and from a brief look, even the max stress test does not exceed 58 deg c

Having trouble finding the time to run these tests. The computer sits next to my bed and isn't quiet.
