i cant get them to zip, says not found or no read permission, only user with admin permission though.

What software are you trying to zip?

what do you mean what software? i am using just windows 7, right-clicking the files and sending the .dmp files to a compressed folder, but it says that message.

Try WinRar. It is a simple software that can zip and extract files.

i did. when i tried to zip and rar the files with that it said access denied.

Copy the mini dumps to another folder and then zip the new folder.

yep that worked. here it is and thank you. there were others but CCleaner wiped them out.

It stopped but started up again. If anyone can help, please help me with this.

I am real desperate here. Why is no one trying to help with this? This is another one from around a month or two ago that came up I saved before I used CCleaner to clean my temp files. Will anyone help me?
