BSOD - Occurs when i run games

Ok, Hello and Thank you for reading and sooorry for my english !!!
So i get this BSOD (IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL) when i run heavy games ( Dragon Age / Risen ) and only happend once when i was seeing a video from youtube.

Do a System Restore and remove that TunUP Utilities since it could have messed up your system
Windows 7 does not need any 'TuneUp' software or whatsoever related utilities
Run SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

ASACPI.sys the 2005 version is a huge cause of BSODs

Information

The 2005 version of this driver is a known BSOD cause.
Please visit this link: ASUSTeK Computer Inc. -Support- Drivers and Download P7P55D LE
Scroll down to the Utilities category, then scroll down to the "ATK0110 driver for WindowsXP/Vista/Windows 7 32&64-bit" (it's about the 12th item down).
Download and install it.
Go to C:\Windows\System32\drivers to check and make sure that the ASACPI.sys file is date stamped from 2009 or 2010 (NOT 2005)

Thank you !
What i did :
- I did a system restore
- Unistalled TuneUP Utilities ( I didnt know this program can mess up with my system :S)
-Sfc /scannow the scan did not find any integrity violation
-Updated that Driver ( ASACPI.sys)
-Updated nvidia driver and removed the old one using Driver Sweeper i saw a lot of people saying this is the best way to remove drivers ....
- I removed Deamon Tools and unistalled that sptd.sys file using the link.

Thanks again for your time .
Now i will play some games and if i get bsod ill post. :shock:

I got 2 new BSOD .
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL the same all time

I uploaded the information about those 2 BSOD .

ASACPI.sys is still loaded in your system, you should update it

Sorry for this delayed reply but i didnt had the time to post.
Well , i updated again the ASACPI.sys and now it says its xx.xx.2009 version.
Now i have a new BSOD....

( I was on youtube when the bsod happen)

Is your graphic card overclocked? The dumps point to nvlddmkm.sys which is directly related to your graphic card
Please test it

If any errors are detected in the rests it could mean that your card may be defective

Ensure that the card is not overheating, test the card in another PC and try to replicate the issue if possible.
RMA the card for a replacement if possible
