Your linksys driver is causing the problem. Your network adapter or router is probably not compatible with Windows 7. The timestamp on the driver is from 2000. See below inside the code box near the bottom outlined in blue. Also look here:Linksys Driver Download.

thanks for all your help, talked with linksys... they dont have a driver for this card that will work with windows 7

akellm,
Sorry to hear that. If you go looking for a replacement, try to get one that has the Windows 7 Logo. Unfortunately, a device can be "Windows 7 Compatible" but not have received the MS Logo. Without the logo, sometimes the device will work, sometimes only under some special circumstances or with certain shortcomings.

so i'm no longer having the wow issue. no it's just freeze up at randoms times. i have attached a new dump file for you to see...

Those are the same dumps as before. If you are not getting a BSOD then no new dumps would have been produced.

Have you installed a new network card that has the WIndow 7 logo to resolve the issue, since there is no Windows 7 driver available for that card? Tell us what you have done.

Try running the Windows 7 Upgrade advisor to see if you have any more Windows 7 incompatibilities: Download details: Windows 7 Upgrade Advisor

Also make sure that the driver lne100v4.sys is no longer on your system by looking in
c:\windows\system32\drivers folder. It could still be loading and causing a problem.

Hi -

The Bugchecks -

(1) 0xa = kernel mode app attempted to access pageable memory at a time that it should not have done so (process IRQL too high)

(9) 0xd1 = basically the same as 0xa

The probable cause of all 10 - Linksys LNE100TX Fast Ethernet Adapter driver -
Code:
[FONT=lucida console]lne100v4.sys         Thu [COLOR=red][B]May 04[/B][/COLOR] 02:07:50   [COLOR=red][B]2000[/B][/COLOR] (391113B6)[/FONT]
Where did you get that 10 year-old driver from? I don't know if there is an update for the actual device driver or not.

Linksys Support --> Support and Services

These need updates as well -
Code:
[FONT=lucida console]E1G60I32.sys Wed [COLOR=red]May[/COLOR] 28 19:14:11 [COLOR=red]2008[/COLOR] (483DE743) - Intel PRO/1000 LAN adapter [/FONT]
[FONT=lucida console]smwdm.sys    Wed [COLOR=red]Sep[/COLOR] 01 12:17:45 [COLOR=red]2004[/COLOR] (4135F629) - [/FONT][FONT=lucida console]SoundMAX Integrated Digital Audio[/FONT]

Intel driver downloads --> http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Default.aspx

Analog Devices - SoundMax --> Analog Devices, Inc. |Converters Amplifiers Processors MEMS A/D Converters Analog to Digital Video Converter Temperature Sensors Analog Device RF Amplifiers Differential Amplifiers Digital Signal Processing Thermal Management D to A Converters Micro

One other issue surfaced and is evident in every dump. The Microsoft MSDL SYM site used to obtain symbol files to identify Microsoft OS drivers is unable to ID the NT Kernel in your Windows system. I don't know the reason for this. Unfortunately, there is little we can do with dump files without the corresponing symbol files.

Run the System File Checker/ Repair utility -
START | type cmd.exe into the start search box | right-click on cmd.exe | select run as Administrator | type the following:
Code:
[FONT=lucida console]sfc /scannow[/FONT]

Upon completion re-boot to allow files in use to be repaired.

SFC general info - How to repair the operating system and how to restore the operating system configuration to an earlier point in time in Windows Vista
SFC & the CBS log - How to analyze the log file entries that the Microsoft Windows Resource Checker (SFC.exe) program generates in Windows Vista

Validate your Windows OS installation at the Microsoft Genuine Advantage site.

WGA --> www.microsoft.com/genuine

If the above steps do not remedy the problem, I would suggest that you contact Microsoft Corporation directly -
Windows 7 Solution Center
