Follow these-
Get rid of intel rapid storage.
  1. Right click on "my computer" icon and click "manage" on the context menu.
  2. It will open the "computer management" window.
  3. Select "Device Manager" in the left pane, It will list all the existing devices up.
  4. Expand "Disc Drives" by clicking on the triangle in front of it.
  5. Select one item under it, right click, uninstall.
  6. Continue the process for all items under "Disc Drives"
  7. Now restart the computer. At restart, windows will auto configure the appropriate system driver, msahci.sys.

May i ask what exactly is causing the problem in my computer? I had just reformatted it and this suddenly happens.

Problem still persists

I did what you said, but there is still BSODs. I found out that i only happens when i enable my wifi. If i disable it the problem does not occur.

I found the root of the problem --> Bittorrent

I do not have AVG not Mcafee installed. But the problem still occurs when downloading huge files. Does anyone know how to solve this?

Hi,

Just to add to Koolkat's post

I noticed your Wireless network adapter driver is contributing to your BSOD issues
and needs updating:

Please download and update this version:

Code:
[B]Atheros AR9285 Wireless network adapter driver[/B]
Release: 27-05-2013
Version: [COLOR=red]10.0.0.251[/COLOR]
Status: WHQL
File: [COLOR=red]win7-10.0.0.251-whql.zip[/COLOR]

:ar: http://www.atheros.cz/atheros-wireless-download.php?chipset=37&system=6

Let us know the outcome?

cheers

Dave

From your logs:

BugCheck D1, {28, 2, 0, fffff880019136fd}
Probably caused by : [COLOR=red]NETIO.SYS[/COLOR] ( NETIO!RtlCopyBufferToMdl+1d )

NETIO.sys is a Windows networking driver. It is a Windows driver and protected by
the System File Checker and, consequently, it's not likely to be the actual cause.

To be certain run SFC to check the integrity of all Windows 7 system files:
  • Click on Start > Type in search cmd
Right-click cmd after results are displayed and Run as Administrator
Type SFC /scannow at the prompt
(Note: There is a space between SFC and /scannow)
:ar: SFC Tutorial

   Note
Select option two. If any problems are found, run the scan 3 times and immediately
reboot the computer after each scan.

Seems you have left over Mcafee drivers, please use the Mcafee Removal Tool:
(note it is only for home versions not pro.)

1. What was the outcome of malwarebytes and the virus scans Koolkat asked you to carry out,
as NETIO.sys related issues can be due to virus or malware?

2. Atheros AR9285 Wireless network adapter driver is failing again with the new driver you updated,
this may be Mcafee related, or may be an indication of the adapter failing.
Remove Mcafee drivers and test to see if the issue remains.

Update Bluetooth drivers from OEM.

Cheers

Dave

No problem :), just use the system as normal for a few days or so,
then if no issues persist please mark the thread as solved.

Did you update the Bluetooth drivers? As they were showing as possible issues.

Bluetooth drivers

I don't really enable bluetooth. But i downloaded the latest driver from the lenovo website. ( My laptop is Lenovo Ideapad Y460P ) It said that i had the latest installed so i figured that won't be a problem? The latest driver however is dated 2010... Please take a look and see if there is any problems with this download site :)

Looks fine, I would just leave it be for now and see if any issues remain.

Then if no problems arise, please mark the thread as solved.
