bsod new Dell laptop

Hello all,
newbie here... I will not bore you with my attempts to solve the problem but rather just respond to questions and let the experts walk me through.

i have been getting bsod's more frequent lately after updating a couple of drivers, bios and checking RAM, i am still getting them.

laptop is only 4 months old

Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit (build 7600) preloaded
Dell Inc. Inspiron N5010 - Bios A10
2.27 gigahertz Intel Core i3 M 350

any help would be most appreciated,

I see one driver that could be cause of your problem; it certainly is not contributing to the stability of your system. It is an XP driver.

MarvinBus64.sys Fri Sep 23 17:17:03 2005 - likely a part of Pinnacle Studio's Marvin Bus. Pinnacle Systems - Product Support. Uninstall this software; it is not compatible with Win 7.

Try your system once you have uninstalled Marvin Bus. If you get another BSOD upload it to us and we will go from there. You should also read this article on your error code 124: [2-Int] Stop 0x124 - what it means and what to try
