[BSOD] New laptop but still BSODs?

I recently bought a new DELL inspiron laptop m301z ( AMD processor) 13.3 inch and I randomly got some BSODs in a very short period of time and I think that something is wrong with my new laptop:

I have put the 2 test files as a .zip file @ the attachments, I hope that someone is able to help me out,

Is Windows 7 . . .
- x86 (32-bit)
- the original installed OS on the system? Yes, the original.
- an OEM or full retail version? FULL retail version.
- OEM = came pre-installed on system, Yes It came pre-installed on my system.


- What is the age of system (hardware)? 2 weeks,
- What is the age of OS installation (have you re-installed the OS?) I didnt reinstall .
