Sorry for the delay in responding. I lost my password, then work and family problems prevented me from posting sooner.

BLUF (Bottom Line Up Front): This is most likely a hardware problem, but we have to rule out low-level drivers as they can cause problems that appear to be hardware problems. So our approach here will be 2 pronged - removing/updating drivers AND doing hardware diagnostics. If you do all this and the BSOD's continue, post back and we'll work from there.

First, be sure that you have ALL available Windows Updates. This solves most BSOD issues. You have 32 updates, and this is pretty good for Win8.1 - but it only takes one missing one to cause problems.

From my look at MSINFO32 I suspect a memory issue - could be RAM, CPU, Video, etc (this is where we start looking at things like if bad memory is corrupting the pagefile - and subsequently causing NTFS/hard drive crashes)
So, let's start with running MemTest86+ ( Memory Diagnostics )
Also run Prime95 ( Hardware Diagnostics - Prime95 ) Run the Blend test (it's the default) - it'll stress your RAM, your CPU, and the memory controller (on your CPU)
Then, try these video stress tests:

Out of 29 memory dumps there were 11 different BSOD error codes. The differing error codes are usually symptomatic of a lower level problem within the system. They are usually caused by one of these things:
- borked (broken) hardware (several different procedures used to isolate the problem device)
- BIOS issues (check for updates at the motherboard manufacturer's website)
- overclocking/overheating - You'll know if you're overclocking or not. If uncertain we can suggest things to check.
- compatibility issues (3rd party hardware/drivers)
- low-level driver problems
- or even malware (scanned for when we ask for hardware diagnostics from Initial Hardware Diagnostics or Hardware Diagnostics ).

You can get a head start on the hardware diagnostics if you'd like - they are located here: Hardware Diagnostics If you've already run the long/extended Seagate Seatools test there's no need to repeat it (the short test isn't accurate enough for these problems).

Please uninstall Soluto - it's driver dates from 2011 and likely isn't compatible with Win8.1 If removing it stops the BSOD's (and you still want it) please visit the Soluto website and download the latest, Win8.1 compatible version.

Be sure to update your Intel RST (Rapid Storage Technology) drivers to the latest available version. If there is not an 8.1 compatible version at the Asus website, then visit http://downloadcenter.intel.com and search for "Rapid Storage Technology" (without the quotes).

While you're at the Asus download site, check for new/8.1 compatible drivers (or packages released around the time that Win8.1 came out). Install ALL of them.

Please note the drivers below that date from before the release of Windows 8.1 (17 Oct 2013) - check to see that each and every one is compatible w/Windows 8.1 (at the manufacturer's website). If not, you must either remove the device and it's software - or locate a Windows 8.1 compatible update on the web.
