Opened my Vivaldi with about 15 tabs from cold start and got the BSOD. This is the second BSOD in about two months with the same error report....Program "Who Crashed My Computer" did not specify any specific driver or program that caused the crashes in both cases. TIA

From Nir Soft View:
Caused By Address : ntoskrnl.exe+939a0

Win7
Ad Guard
Anti virus: none

You're getting a Bad Pool Header error. My understanding is that it's a memory allocation error but there's no one specific fix. Are you getting this error on startup or are you doing something else when it occurs?

I suggest that you go to Control Panel, Action Center and click on Troubleshooting. Click on Hardware and Sound. Click on Hardware and Devices under Device. Run the troubleshooter. Does it find any problems?

Followed your instructions...and found the teredo Tunneling Adapter disabled....the fix enabled....will see what happens...

Both times it was shortly after a cold start....not doing anything specific...just going thru tabs...reading news sites.....

Thank you for your time......

I wouldn't think that having a disabled device would cause the BSOD unless it occurred as a result of a driver issue.

This one's tough since it's random and the time between occurrences is quite long.

Since it happens while browsing, it might not hurt to delete temporary files using the browser utility, if it has one. If it doesn't, there's another way to do that. It might also be beneficial to delete cookies and your browsing history periodically.
