BSOD ntoskrnl.exe+75bc0 on Windows7 Ultimate x64

Hi,

first at all, because of x109 BSOD I switched from Home Edition x64 to Ultimate x64. After a fresh install and after 1 day I'm already having new BSOD caused by ntoskrnl.exe+75bc0.

I have already:

1) Updated all the drivers through driver genius
2) Updated BIOS and Windows
3) Changed a suspect broken RAM (I have 2*4GB ram) - by memtest, anyway, no problem after 9 passes
4) Changed Antivirus (Avast, then AVG and now Windows Essential)

I attach the SF file, hoping you will help me to resolve this problem!!!

Uninstall this Windows 7 Ultimate ACER OEM, and reinstall Windows 7 Home Premium. Once you have activated and updated it fully, follow these steps and I'll analyse the dump files and see if we can find a solution:

1. Download this .BAT file to your desktop
2. Right-click and 'Run as Administrator'
3. Locate the .ZIP file on desktop and upload here.

thanks but, NOW, i am not gonna re-install home premium, i had other compatibility problems with other softwares.

Can u check it anyway? I think it's just a driver issue, but don't know which is.

I'll be a bit clearer : your Windows 7 Ultimate installation is counterfeit. These sorts of installations can create their own problems making solving a BSOD/s very difficult.

Once you have the Home Premium installation activated and updated, use the .bat file below to upload the information.

Hi again,

I installed a genuine Windows 7 PRO OS two weeks ago..first week any problem..the second one the same BSOD occured 2 times and Hal.dll 1 time.

I have already do the Windows update and drivers.

Hope this time everything's all right for helping me to resolve this issue.
