BSOD ntoskrnl.exe and NTFS.sys

I recently formatted and did a full clean install of Windows 7 because of BSOD trouble, and now it is back to haunt me. For that reason, I think it is a hardware issue. I attached the 7 forum diagnostic tool report. Please help

Do some Disc checks.

1. Check for firmware updates for your CORSAIR CMFSSD-256GBG2D SSD
2. Re-seat the sata and power.
   
   
3. Run chkdsk /f/r, following the option two of the tutorial Disk Check
4. Seatool for dos: SeaTools | Seagate download
   Burn it in a blank cd. boot from the CD, click on "Accept", wait for it to finish detecting the drives, then in the upper left corner select "Basic Tests", then select "Long Test" and let it run.
   ( 3 and 4 are for the HDD only)
5. Post a screenshot of your discs using CrystalDiskInfo - Software - Crystal Dew World

Update the Renesas USB drivers and firmware from RENESAS/NEC Drivers & Firmwares . Those appear to be old.

so i downloaded the corsair SSD toolbox program. it says my firmware version is VBM19C1Q. i have no idea what that means, but it says there is no firmware update information available or something to that extent.

If you dont have the idea, check for manufacturer's specification.

As it is a PC, you can look manually for the "PCI-e add-on controller" and you
should see a label on it stating the Version number. PUXXXXXXXX
Google that number and it sould tell you the driver needed...but:

ok, so i have updated the audio and ethernet drivers form the MSI website, and the USB driver from the intel site. we shall see how this goes. anything else i should do in the mean time?

I use both Chrome and Firefox. I assume you wanted me to turn them both off, which is what i just did. anything else?
