Hmm Last Week im have no problem at my Windows 7 Ultimate,after that i keep always Get BSOD from ntoskrnl.

Your Driver Verifier is enabled, this will force crashes.
Follow 'Option Two' of this tutorial and disable Driver Verifier.

Yes i followed it and it is done after the restart the another 3 bsod comes up :(
