[BSOD] ntoskrnl.exe

I have had this issue for months and it seems to be completely random. the last BSOD (and the .dmp i'll give you) was when I started the computer. I USUALLY get BSODs when my computer hangs on shutdown. Howveer, I usually do a hard-reset when this happens and I get no errors at all. This is completely random, so it's not like I can recreate the BSOD or anything.

I've come to this forum before and i've had everything solved except my ntoskrnl.exe issues.

All hardware was tested fine and i've tried un-installing drivers that may have been the problem with no success.

I am heading to class right now and will be back to check responses. For now, here is my .dmp:

It is much easier to find patterns, etc, when there are more than one crash.

We prefer you wait until you have at least two so that if one is corrupt the other probably wont be.
