BSOD ntoskrnl.exe

A few days ago i bought a PC, it begun to crash so i reinstalled OS but the BSODs continues. I updated drivers and tried to fix the problem without result.
After days "moving things up and down" the current status of the PC are the three last Minidumps.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately, your installation is clearly counterfeit, you seem to have a retail Gigabyte motherboard with Acer/Gateway/Packard Bell OEM_SLP, please format and install with a genuine installation key.
