BSOD while gaming, booting windows and idling. error 1a and 3b

I have been experiencing frequent blue screens on my new home-built pc. All parts are new and ordered from newegg. Usually error is 0x0000001A. but have also recieved 0x0000003B and 0x00000019. I have attached system diag.
I also am havinf trouble installing windows updates. 7 important updates will not install. I recieve error 800B0100. I have tried Microsoft Windows System Update Readiness tool but no luck.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
