BSOD occur when browsing

My friend is experiencing BSOD, she says it has happened when she stream video on a site with many browser tabs open.

Anyone who can get a clue of how to solve it by reading the minidumps?

Her laptop model is:
Sony vaio, PCG 31311M

Running:
Windows 7 Home Premium
