BSOD occurring randomly, often while Chrome/MS Office in use.

Hi there.

I've recently been getting the famed BSOD, and I'm noticing that it occurs at very random times. I use Microsoft office(excel in particular) quite extensively and almost always have Google docs (spreadsheets), Youtube, Facebook and Gmail open in my Chrome browser, although I'm not sure if it has anything to do with the crashes. I don't have any external devices attached to the computer apart from a Razer mouse.


I usually encounter BSOD maybe once a day, twice on a bad one.
Any help would be appreciated!

Welcome to the forum.

Seems like the BSOD's were caused by "PC Tools Internet Security". Recommend you remove it and use Microsoft Security Essentials.
