BSOD occurs randomly (maybe caused by uTorrent?), BCCode: d1

I was recently sent a Toshiba Satellite P745 as part of Toshiba's Replacement Program and it is getting random BSODs. I'm wondering if it is because I'm running uTorrent and that is causing the BSOD because they are associated with NETIO.sys and ntoskrnl.exe. I have applied all of the updates available through Windows Update and the Toshiba Update utility. Since it is a refurbished laptop, I'm also wondering if it might be an issue with the hardware. This is the error report I get at startup:

Problem signature:
Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.768.3
Locale ID: 1033

Additional information about the problem:

Here are the specs for my laptop:

I only received the laptop last Friday (1/6/12) so I haven't had much time with the machine. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Wow, that was quick. Thanks so much for the fast response. I will definitely uninstall McAfee, see what happens, and report back after a 24 hour cycle. Thanks again, zigzag3143!

24 hours later, it looks like McAfee was for sure the issue. It looks like we can close this case. Thanks again!!
