... Or after running media for a while. The system often starts to deteriorate, where the mouse will show jumps or stutters, or will start to drag slowly across the screen. This happens especially if a game or video is running, and when switching between browser windows or closing a window (any window, and regarding browsers there doesn't have to be any media in them). If I do not reboot when I notice this, the computer gets worse then blue screens.

I recently thought I solved the issue by reverting my GPU drivers to their current version and by updating the audio and wireless card drivers (I noticed when running DPC latency checker that each of these were causing drop outs) But then suddenly it blue screened again just now after a few days of running fine.

I can't shake the feeling that the GPU is the issue. It's a GTX 295 which I guess is a bit old now, and I am concerned that perhaps something in the drivers is just not interacting well with it. Problem is, running newer games on old drivers, even though the card is good, may also cause problems.

Hello,

Unfortunately it crashed again. I updated the jmicron driver. I cannot follow the link for that lan driver as it asks for login details?

I have attached the new crash logs

I noticed this morning when playing videos online that it kept stuttering and making a "grinding" sound. It's quite a harsh sound and the image was freezing when it happened/ It became more and more frequent but I switched it off before it blue screened.

After turning the computer on again and running a game (guild wars 2) it started playing up really badly. The sound and images were deteriorating. It happened faster than ever this time and eventually it completely crashed. While loading between areas the sound was particularly bad - like a grindy, distorted, crackling mess. The image started to slow and the mouse was dragging slowly across the screen. I ran dpc latency checker and all bars were red, but the computer then blue screened so I was unable to do anything else.
